The permission was right but still the thumbnails is not showing up. They were asking for ftp account and admin on my backend which is very unsecure. I hope they release a theme with proper instruction on a readme.txt file which will solve any issues. It maybe a plugins or a theme. In my review I have been referring to the NextWPA theme which caused no problems during the install, the new themes including DarkWPA I don't know hands-on. I hope they will get back to soon.
