Yes, with this script you can start your own site for flash gamers.
AV Arcade is a script to create our own sites full of flash games!. Some of its features are: creation of categories for our flash games, you can add images for a preview, the user will be able to comment each game.
The script lets you build a very “social” site, as your visitors will no only be able to give an opinion on each game, they also can rate them and embed the games of your site in other web pages, that will promote your site to other people.

Tried this script before with one of my sites, it is a good quick option, but to be honest I would try any paid option if I need something like this in the future.
